Kanjeevaram Sarees
You can either choose between the simple gold zari border for all these colors or go for a glorious contrast option. Purple and Blue is a trendy color combination for this year and Some classic contrast choices for the colors of the season include sky blue with purple, yellow with pink, pink with green, gold with red, yellow with blue among others. These are royal combinations. In terms of blouses both the saree color or contrast shades will work well. Go for moderate work or opt for blouses with borders to add some bling. Rich solid color blouses are always a good choice. Another favorite is the all-time preferred pink. These colors in fact complement almost all skin tones and highlight your best features.

you need not always have a heavy blouse full of embroidery when you wear a Kanjeevaram saree. You can always opt for a simple just the borders cap sleeves or an elbow length sleeves blouse. They work so well and make you look classy.

You can accessorize them with a string of flowers, heavy Jhumka and carry your interesting neck piece with your Kanjeevaram attire to complete your festive looks. Try out the Kanjeevaram sarees to rock
Kanjeevaram half sarees
The traditional half saree is so beautiful and you need to pick one of those and not a designer half saree for Ugadi. Traditional ones are those with the heavy borders and the whole ensemble in silk. Be it Kanjeevaram or Ikkat or Banarasi.Pick up a half saree in traditional colors like red and green or blue and team it with a contrasting dupatta. If you feel that the whole outfit is way too much for you then you have all the liberty to tweak it with a simple sleeveless blouse and keep that dupatta very grand.

When it comes to accessorizing go with pulled back hair or try a half updo and attach heavy hair accessories like Devasena in Bahubali. You can add flowers or any hair jewelry based on the event. Bangles, earrings and some great makeup will make you look as a princess.
Kanjeevaram Anarkalis
If you are not a saree lover or not comfortable in saree and want to look traditional then blindly you can go with floor length pattu anarkali .These materials are readily available in the material. Below photos will give you an idea how you can rock with pattu anarkalis. In this colorful festival you can go for a heavy full length Anarkali. For those experimental beauties opt for a cape Anarkali that is ruling now a days. In case of a floor length Anarkali, if you are not very comfortable with heavy work but still want the bling, a Banarasi or a Kanjeevaram is the best option. This gives you enough shine and glimmer without being way too heavy.
Anarkalis with ikkat design is the hottest trend now a days. You can also team up a plain long anarkalis with any banarasi or ikkat or kanjeevaram dupattas.
Now for the accessories. What are the best accessories for these anarkalis? In general you can add on just a few pieces to give the Anarkali a perfect match. One such option is a chaand bali. The next easy and all time favorite heavy jhumkas.
Yet another trending accessory would be a belt. You can belt your Anarkali with the dupatta in place with a sleek belt. Both cloth and regular belts will work for this.
Crop tops
If you are not comfortable with saree or half sarees then you can try crop tops which gives a trendy look. You can reuse your old kanjeevaram skirts and do experiment with cold shoulder or a sleeveless crop top and a dupatta. Also, pure raw silk skirts paired with heavy work crop top is a best choice. But color combination should be very important , Always try to team up light colored skirts with dark top and matching dupatta, and vice versa.

Kurtas
How about adding some ‘fusion’ to your daily outfits? The palazzo kurta trend has come a long way and is now a wardrobe staple. Pair you palazzos with any pure silk kurtas and you will be amazed how different the combination can make you look from the usual leggings and salwars. The trend that is picking up really well is the Brocade skirt/palazzos with the western twist by wearing it with a shirt or a tee. As much as this sounds different it nails the right effect. A kurta with long slit teamed up the palazzo also gives a festive look. Cigarette pants also a best combination with any ethnic kurtas gives a classic look.
Kids Wear
Bogi Pandlu is the one of the event we do espicially for kids on this festival. So you can dress up your tiny tots with a traditional wear. Both Mom and daughter/Son, I can say the whole family can dress up in same color combination, that attracts entire gathering.

Traditional attire will not only attract adults but it also attracts for kids. Here are couple of cool collections of kids lehangas . Give a new look to kids by pairing the skirts with matching voni or dupattas or replacing same old blouse with a peplum tops. This is one of those kids lehenga styles that will be perfect for this winter . Crop tops also a best choice for them. Cape lehengas also an interesting ensemble and the cape makes it half the fun for the kids to look at it and twirl around. You can also add a transparent cape to a kanjeevaram blouse or to a full length indo western dress too!!
