Today, I came up with my first cooking Post "Mexican Egg Omelet". Mexican Omelet is very tasty and has many health benefits.  This Delicious Omelet comes with rich protein and it is a very healthy diet for weight loss.

Ingredients

  1. Eggs - 2
  2.  Spinach/ Palak - 1 cup
  3. Onions - 1 cup
  4.  Bell Pepper/ Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  5. Salt - 1/4  Tsp
  6. Chilli powder/ Pepper -1/2 Tsp
  7. Flaxseed Powder -1 Tsp
  8. Oil - 2Tsp
  9. Spring Onions - 1/4 cup ( optional)
  10. Cilantro/ Coriander - 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Mexican Omelette in Indian Style

Recipe

  1. Heat the Pan and as 2 Tsp of oil to it
  2. Break the eggs yolk in a separate bowl and beat them firmly
  3. Mix Onions, a pinch of salt, Chilli powder as per taste and Stir them gently
  4. Meanwhile, Add Bell Peppers to the oil in a pan
  5. Fry the bell peppers  till they become soft
  6. Add Flaxseed powder to the egg yolk. Flaxseeds are very good for weight loss.
  7. Add Spinach to the peppers when they soft and a pinch of salt to the spinach 
  8. Add Egg mixture to the pan once the spinach becomes soft.
  9. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan so that it comes fluffy
  10. Sprinkle the spring onions on top of it
  11. Close the lid and wait till the omelet cook 
  12. Fry the omelet on both sides and serve it hot.
  13. Garnish it with grated carrot or cilantro.
