Banana Oats CupCakes without Flour
Gals, Prepare these delicious and healthy cupcakes and surprise your mom on this is Mother's Day with a big and warm hug. Mothers don't expect anything from their kids except our love. Just take a few minutes of your time and spend with them, that could be the best Gift that we can gift them for sure.
Today, I came up with a Healthy and Delicious recipe on the eve of Mother's day with fewer calories and healthy Ingredients.
Ingredients
- Oats - 3 cups
- Banana - 2 or 3
- Eggs - 3
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - 1/4 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup ( you can skip it and use just honey)
- Baking Sode -1/2 Tsp
- Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
- Nutmeg powder - a pinch
- Chocolate Chips - 1/2 Cup ( optional)

Procedure
Cooking Time: 15-20 Mins Preparation Time: 30 mins
- Add Bananas to the Bowl and mash them to make a puree
- Add Eggs, Sugar or Honey and Blend it well
- Add Milk, Baking Powder, and Baking Sode and mix them well with a blender
- Add Oats it. Add more Oats or Oats powder if it becomes more watery.
- Add 2-3 Tsp of Oil or Butter and mix it well so that it comes Fluffy.
- Preheat the oven to 300F. Preheat ensures even and accurate baking.
- Transfer the cupcake Mixture to molds and Tap it down 5 times so that mixture settles down evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and Oats
- Bake it for 10-15mins
- Do Tooth Pick test.
That's it. Tasty and Fluffy Muffins are ready to serve. You can decorate these cupcakes with chocolate syrup, whipping cream, Dust with sugar powder and etc. You can even serve it as it is.
